  I had a wedding to go to over the weekend, so I needed to get my haircut to at least look decent, BUT it was completely uneven, the back was rounded and not squared as I asked, and they cut more off the top which made it look like I joined the army. The butcher at this "so-called salon" was also - 1. Very Rude. 2. Inexperienced. 3. Could care less about her job. All she did was complain, spreading her negativity and toxic-ness amongst the other "so-called stylists." I highly recommend that you do not go here as they lack the skills and experience in customer service and overall professionalism. The employees here hate their job and it shows! Fantastic Sams is a place where all the flunkies go to get a job. So if you want to go to a place that drains your soul, you are probably better off visiting Hell.
